Refund policy

 

Please notify us of any issues with your orders within 24 hours of date of receipt. Should you have any questions or concerns, please send a private message to What A Princess on Facebook or email info@whataprincess.com. You will receive a response within 24 business hours.

 

We have a 5-day return/ exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credits. We will not accept refund/ exchanges for the wrong size (please view our size charts carefully before ordering. All items are listed with a size chart.)

All discounted items and gift cards are final sale. There can be no return or refund on the purchase.


To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your return/ exchange won’t be eligible if we don’t receive the item you send back within 30 days from date of purchase. 

 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@WhatAPrincess.com or through Facebook messenger. If your return is accepted, you can go ahead and ship the item back to us following our instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues 

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Ready to ship items

No refunds or exchanges will be given. We try to make sure all items are flaw free, but in the even we miss something we will work with you to resolve your issue. 

Handmade Items

All handmade items have a no refund no exchange policy. In the event there are any flaws with your order I will address them personally.

Pre-order Items

The shipping time for pre-orders can range from 8-10 weeks and it is always posted when you make your purchase. There will be no refunds issued on pre-orders. In the event that a pre-order is delayed due to production issues, you will be notified. 

We try to make sure all items are flaw free, but in the event we miss something we will work with you to resolve your issue. Exchanges will be available if the item is available. If not, you will be issued a store credit. 


Refunds (Store Credits)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a store credit equals to your original payment amount. Please remember it can take some time for us to process and post the credit on your account.


Shipping

All Items are shipped from our warehouse in Kentucky. We are not responsible for lost or misrouted packages once they are in carrier's hands.
